The next Nursing Leadership Certificate Program will be held on multiple dates from Sept. 2021 – Jan. 2022.
Below are the dates to save for the 2021-2022 Nursing Leadership Certificate program; program details are currently being finalized. This year’s program is a combination of in-person and virtual live sessions.

Futurist and author Jack Uldrich will join us on Wednesday, Sept. 22, with a keynote entitled "Fast Forward: The Emerging Age of Reimagination, Redesign, and Regeneration."
Legacy LALD Applications Due on June 30

The legacy pathway for the Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) sunsets at the end of the month, and applications are due by 11:59 p.m. on June 30. If you don't hit the apply by then, you’ll need to meet the new Assisted Living Director or Assisted Living Director in Residence requirements that begin on July 1. Application verifications such as transcripts, resumes, official employment verifications can be sent in AFTER July 1 if needed.
Preparing to Comply with the New Assisted Living Licensure Law – a Comprehensive Four-Part Workshop

A four-part intensive workshop will provide a comprehensive overview of the various new requirements with which Assisted Living providers will be expected to comply under the new licensure law. We will offer the workshop in a virtual format in the mornings of May 26, 27 and July 13, 14. It includes several topics all in one program series rather than individual sessions. This is an excellent series for assisted living teams to attend together.

Leadership Academy has an 11-year track record of developing and growing leaders in our field by exploring leadership theory, applied learning and coaching by seasoned mentors. More than 300 leaders have graduated from this annual program.
