Need to Claim Assisted Living Conference CEUs?

1. Go to www.leadingagemn.org. Click on ‘Log In’ and use your LeadingAge Minnesota credentials. (If you’ve forgotten your password select ‘Forgot your password?’)
2. Select your name at the top of the page and then in the left menu click ‘Event Credits’.
3. Select the 2025 Assisted Living Conference from the list of events.
4. Select the type of CEUs you are requesting: BELTSS, Nursing, Social Work, or General. The General CEU certificate can be used for other licensure boards that you can apply for independently.
5. Check only the sessions you attended then follow the prompts.
6. Click “Finish” and then “Print Certificate” when you are done.
