HSS Fall Learning Lab Showcases Quality Improvement

Health Support Specialists (HSS) at the Fall Learning Lab presented quality improvement projects that they designed, launched, tracked and refined over the past year. The quality improvement projects, completed through the ICan initiative with Performance Excellence in Aging Services, were designed to transform care at the bedside. DOLI Holds First Apprenticeship Summit on March 7

You may have heard of apprenticeship as it relates our field through our Health Support Specialist registered apprenticeship program. The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DOLI) hopes to add more apprenticeship programs in healthcare in the future, and is hosting a free, one-day summit in March to showcase best practices and strategies to expand apprenticeships.
