State and Federal Agency Updates

Don’t miss state and agency updates at the 2025 Institute & Expo. We have 29 education sessions and Solutions Stage presentations over the in-person and virtual Institute components to help keep you in compliance with current rules and regulations.

Meet Your Regulator Table is another opportunity to make a face-to-face connection and ask questions of agency staff. Representatives from the Minnesota Department of Health and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety will be at the Meet Your Regulator table on Wednesday, Feb. 12 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. and Thursday, Feb. 13 from 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. during the Institute. Check the conference app to see which staff will be present each day.

2025 Institute & Expo Details:

• Dates:
  • In-Person: Feb. 12-13 at the RiverCentre in St. Paul
  • Virtual: March 4-6 with unique live education sessions
• Registration Includes:
  • Access for all staff at your organization/service site
  • Choice to attend in-person, virtual, or both
  • Recorded virtual sessions and two keynotes available through April 30
• Pricing:
  • Add $100 to regular rates on or after Feb. 5
  • Online registration closes on Feb. 6 at 11:59 p.m.
• Pre-Conference Intensive Sessions (Feb. 11):
  • Topics: Governance, Leadership, AL emergency preparedness, and discharges and terminations
  • Can be attended separately or as an add-on to Institute registration
  • Separate registration and fee required

Hotel Accommodations: We have secured an additional room block at the InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront. The rate is $174 plus tax/fees for a single or double.
