Social Distancing & Transitions of Care: Free Webinar from Alzheimer’s Association MN-ND

LeadingAge Minnesota members are welcome to attend Quality Dementia Care Dialogues: Helping people with dementia cope with social distancing and transitions of care, a free webinar on May 20 from 2-3 pm.
The webinar, presented by the Alzheimer’s Association of Minnesota North Dakota, will help you learn about new emergency preparedness guidelines developed for caring for persons with dementia in long-term or community-based care settings, as well as strategies and interventions that are effective for the COVID-19 pandemic.
The speaker is Doug Pace, Director of Mission Partnerships for the Alzheimer’s Association.
