Senior Living Works Ambassador Challenge

Challenge: Can we get 50 LeadingAge Minnesota members to become Senior Living Works Ambassadors? It’s free and easy and could change the landscape of recruiting staff into older adult services in Minnesota! 

More than 350 senior living professionals across the nation have signed on as Senior Living Works Ambassadors. As an ambassador, you'll have resources to build effective partnerships with educational institutions and access tools to raise awareness of careers in our industry. You'll also be part of a network of senior living professionals and receive information and support on key recruitment and training topics, including a monthly webinar series. 

Senior Living Works, which launched at the 2018 Argentum Senior Living Executive Conference, is Argentum's solution to help recruit and retain the caring workers we need. LeadingAge Minnesota is a state affiliate of Argentum.
