Selling Life Engagement in Senior Living

Senior living providers may be making a mistake if they are emphasizing health care over hospitality and a person-centered focus, according to the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC).
In a recent interview with Senior Housing News, Robert G. Kramer, founder and strategic advisor with NIC, said senior living providers are making a mistake in selling “care” over quality of life.
