Testing continues to be a focus of our resource development over the past week, and we have also developed resources to help you facilitate discussions that may involve in advanced care planning, grief and bereavement.

Advance Care Planning, Grief and Bereavement: Families and residents are confronting difficult medical decisions due to the severe impact of COVID-19. While some people are prepared with a POLST or Health Care Directive, others will be new to this conversation and process.
