Registration Open: ALNET Meetings in June

The next meeting of the Assisted Living/Home Care Nurse Leader Network (ALNET) will take place in June at four locations around Minnesota. The agenda, which still being finalized, will feature a legislative update, survey readiness, new MDH survey tools and time for deep dive questions.
The final agenda will be posted to the LeadingAge MN website one week prior to the meetings. Anticipate a robust discussion on these topics and more:
- 2019 Legislative Updates: New Assisted Living Licensure and what does that mean? Get the inside scoop on what’s happening with the new regulations, including the new licensure framework, requirements for care and services, staffing requirements, electronic monitoring, policies and procedures and terminations/discharges.
- Survey Readiness: Are you ready if surveyors walk in the door? What tools and resources are out there to be prepared for surveys?
- NEW MDH Survey Tools: Did you know MDH has changed the survey forms they use during surveys? What’s changed? We will be comparing the old to the new.
- Deep Dive Questions: What are you asking for?

- Detroit Lakes: Friday, June 7 from 11 a.m. – 2 pm. at The Lodge on Lake Detroit in Detroit Lakes
- Marshall: Tuesday, June 18 from 11:20 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. at Bella Cucina in Marshall
- Metro: Wednesday, June 19 from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. at the LeadingAge MN in Saint Paul
- Duluth: Thursday, June 20 from Noon to 3 p.m. at the LaQuinta Inn in Duluth
