Prepare for Institute Registration – Set Up Employee Accounts Now

Next year’s Institute & Expo is set for Feb. 12-13, 2025 at the RiverCentre in St. Paul and virtual Institute March 4-6, 2025. As we approach the registration period, we want to ensure that all employees who will attend are ready to register smoothly.
Action Required
To avoid delays during registration, please review your organization’s roster and email a list of your employees who need accounts set up to info@leadingagemn.org. This will allow us to create their accounts ahead of time, ensuring a quick and seamless registration process.
To check your organization’s roster:
- Have the Company Manager log in to the LeadingAge Minnesota website.
- Click on their name to navigate to their Personal Snapshot.
- Click on “My Affiliations” in the left-hand menu.
- Click on three dots and manage roster.
Information Needed
- Employee Full Name
- Organization (if more than one location or service please specify building/site/service entity)
- Job Title
- Email Address
Deadline
Please email this information to info@leadingagemn.org by Friday, Nov. 15 to ensure account creation before registration opens.
