Posted on October 1, 2019 by Heidi Simpson
The final installment of the 2019 Dementia Care Certificate Program, which takes place Oct. 22-23, is a two-day hands-on workshop focused on Person-Centered Care and Strategies to Avert Challenging Behaviors.
The training is led by Dr. John Brose, founder and director of Associated Clinic of Psychology, and his colleague Catherine Johnson. Participants in last week’s workshop raved about its practical guidance and tools and recommended it for their colleagues.
This session meets Minnesota’s current mandatory dementia care training requirements for home care, housing with services/assisted living and care center staff. Register Today.
