A Team Approach to Operationalizing PDPM
A series of full day workshops for interdisciplinary teams to prepare for implementing PDPM will take place across the state this summer. The new system for Medicare part A payments that becomes effective Oct/ 1, 2019 has implications for clinical operations, including pre-admission screening and IDT documentation, and may influence the types of individuals your organizations will admit.
This training is applicable for: admissions staff, assessment nurses, dieticians, directors of nursing, HIM staff, social workers and therapy managers.
