New On-Demand Webinars Available: Senior Housing Core Knowledge

Two new webinars have been added to LeadingAge Minnesota’s on-demand training library as part of a core knowledge series of topics that are essential and fundamental for senior housing managers to know to operate legally.
- Landlord-Tenant Law - Understand Minnesota’s Landlord-Tenant Law and how it applies to Housing-with Services and Assisted Living settings, the responsibilities and obligations landlords and tenants have to each other and the important differences between the requirements of Landlord-Tenant Law and home care services.
- Fair Housing – Know the fundamental elements of fair housing laws as they apply to all housing settings and the special implications for the structure and operation of Housing-with-Service settings and Assisted Living settings and learn best practices to remain in compliance around challenging issues such as disabilities, service and assistance animals and language used in marketing materials.
