MDH to Host A Conversation about Customized Living and Assisted Living Licensure
Posted on February 24, 2021 by Bobbie Guidry
The Minnesota Department of Health will host a presentation regarding assisted living licensure and customized living (waiver services) on Thursday, March 4, from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
As enrolled providers of Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) providing customized living services for EW and CADI clients, the current enrollee is usually the licensed arranged home care agency within Minnesota assisted living settings. We look forward to this conversation with MDH to learn more about:
- How the enrollment transition to the new licensee
- If there is any action required on the part of the licensed assisted living
- If new assessments will be required for residents
- What happens if the arranged home care provider serves more than one assisted living licensee
Join the call to learn more as Minnesota settings and services transition to provider enrollment as a licensed assisted living setting.
