Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes Set to Open Its Doors
Posted on July 6, 2023 by Libbie Chapuran
In a few short weeks, Lyngblomsten will open its second community - Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes. The community opens after years of planning and 20 months of construction. The first residents of the main building will move in mid-July.
Some of the highlights of the new community include:
- Main building: The four-level building houses 96 independent living apartments, 36 assisted living apartments, and 17 memory care suites, along with a plethora of amenities.
- Townhomes: The 20 rental, detached, one-story townhomes are nearly complete. In early 2023, Lyngblomsten welcomed its first townhome resident.
- Amenities: An abundance of campus amenities support a vibrant, active lifestyle. These include three dining venues, a pickleball court, a theater, a workshop, a chapel/multipurpose room, a pet washing station, and more.
Lyngblomsten has served older adults on and near its Como Park campus in St. Paul for over a century.
All of us at LeadingAge Minnesota wish the staff and residents at Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes the very best as they open their doors. Congratulations to Jeff Heinecke, President and CEO, Mary Simon, the Lino Lakes campus Executive Director, and the entire team at Lyngblomsten.
