Live Well at Home Grant Proposals Due June 29

Applications for the next round of Live Well at Home Grants are due June 29. These grants help communities meet the challenges of our fast-growing aging population and pressures on Minnesota's aging services and support system.

The Metropolitan Area Agency on Aging provides technical assistance on project needs and design, outcomes, sustainability, and budget, and can review draft proposals as time permits. Contact Jake Chernugal and Diane Graham-Raff as soon as possible to receive consultation.
