LeadingAge Minnesota Workforce Data Portal Provides Valuable Benchmarking Information

LeadingAge Minnesota's exciting new resource, The Workforce Data Portal, gives members a great way to see how they compare to other providers on crucial workforce metrics. Members who have submitted data for the third quarter (July through September) can view reports that provide custom comparisons.
We've pulled a sample of the available data, which reflects third-quarter statewide figures:

Members can further refine comparison groups by provider location and size inside the portal. We have also recently added an upload feature to make it easier for corporate staff to enter data for multiple sites. In the future, we plan on adding trend graphs because we will have data that covers four quarters starting in January.
How to Access the Workforce Data Portal
Log in to the LeadingAge MN website. Then go to the Workforce Center and click "Workforce Data Portal."
We gave those listed as the "primary contacts" for each site access to the portal. For corporate staff and other employees that may want to obtain access, please contact Cari Kronschnable.
