LeadingAge Minnesota 2021 Institute Moving to May
Posted on September 2, 2020 by Jenny Prosser
The Executive Committee of the LeadingAge Minnesota Board of Directors has approved a significant change in our annual Institute & Expo for 2021.
Normally held in early February, the likelihood of holding a live, in-person multi-day conference for thousands of our members seems very low. In an extraordinary move, the 2021 Institute has been rescheduled for May 19-21, at RiverCentre in Saint Paul. “After considering a number of scenarios, moving the event to late spring presents the best chance of meeting in person for this long-held tradition. We know that our members value the opportunity to gather together to learn and celebrate the sacred work we do,” said Board Chair Nancy Stratman. LeadingAge Minnesota staff have worked diligently with the venue, hotels and the city of St. Paul to secure the space and accommodations necessary to host this annual event which attracts over 4,000 professionals in our field. Watch for more details to follow in the weeks ahead.
