Knute Nelson Announces Senior Leadership Changes

Knute Nelson leaders Katie Perry and Angie Urman have taken on new positions within the organization’s senior leadership team.
Katie Perry, who was previously the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer/Senior Vice President, will now serve as Chief Operating Officer/Senior Vice President. Angie Urman, who was previously the Chief Operating Officer/Senior Vice President, will now serve as Chief Clinical Officer/Senior Vice President for Knute Nelson.

Katie Perry holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management from the College of Saint Benedict. She is a Certificated Fundraising Executive, and a graduate of LeadingAge Larry Minnix Leadership Academy and the Blandin Community Leadership Program. As Chief Operating Officer, she will oversee all operations of Knute Nelson as well as the Business Development, Strategy, Foundation, Marketing and Sales functions of the Knute Nelson corporation.
Angie Urman, a Registered Nurse, is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and licensed Assisted Living Director. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the College of Saint Benedict and completed the Minnesota Area Geriatric Education Center Fellowship Program as well as the LeadingAge Larry Minnix Leadership Academy. As Chief Clinical Officer, she will oversee clinical and quality functions throughout Knute Nelson’s continuum and operations of Knute Nelson’s Population Health division. She will also lead third-party consulting agreements with partners like Glenwood Retirement Village, Pelican Valley Senior Living and Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls.
