Institute Features Leadership Intensive Session on Turning Uncertainty into Advantage
Posted on December 16, 2021 by Heidi Simpson
The 2022 Institute & Expo features the return of the Leadership Intensive on Wednesday, Feb. 9 – a half-day session for executives and leaders to help strengthen their organizations and build the momentum necessary to propel past the pandemic and beyond.
Author and business strategist Meridith Elliott Powell shares insights and strategies from nine companies that have withstood two centuries of challenges, including world wars, economic depression, and even a pandemic. Discover a powerful methodology for what it takes to navigate change on this level, to find opportunities in crisis, and how to inspire your team to move from reacting to change to driving it.
The session includes an interactive workshop for putting these principles into action, led by Ric Olson, CEO of Lessons Learned Solutions.
We thank Annual Gold Sponsor Ziegler for sponsoring this special session.
Separate registration and fee are required to attend this program. Find complete details and registration here.
Register your team for the Institute by Jan. 4 and save $100 on your organizational registration fee.
