Help Your Team Thrive through COVID-Trauma

LeadingAge Minnesota Foundation is releasing the latest Safe Care Living the Pledge activity, Self Care for Safe Care, to create an environment where teams can thrive and find joy.
Leaders and their teams have been through a lot over the last year, and staff are experiencing stress and burnout. To address this stress and help teams thrive, we will focus on one activity every two months from The Bounce Back Project™ to retrain our minds to focus on the positive and increase our sense of happiness and well-being. These activities will be small and easy to add to your day yet will leave a meaningful impact on teams by promoting health through happiness.
Living the Pledge: Self Care for Safe Care is designed to be flexible and easy. There are no requirements; use the resources that are helpful to your organization. We all have times when we feel like we’re at our limit—with residents, co-workers, families or in our personal lives—and it’s helpful to have some simple tools that will help us bounce back from these moments.
Watch for additional information to bring the first focus area, Random Acts of Kindness, to your organization beginning in September.
