Health Dimensions Group® (HDG®), a leading senior living, post-acute, and long-term care consulting and management firm based in Minneapolis, MN, has promoted Paul Branin to executive vice president of growth. With this promotion, Branin will join HDG’s Executive Leadership Team.
“I am thankful for the opportunity to continue working with HDG in this new role as the executive vice president of growth,” Branin said. “I am excited to be part of an organization that provides quality care to our residents and exceptional service to our clients. I am looking forward to leading our continued efforts to grow our nationwide consulting practice and management opportunities.”
With more than 25 years of operational and financial leadership experience in the senior living and care sector, Paul is devoted to helping HDG’s clients meet and exceed their goals. Leveraging his first-hand experience, Paul works with both consulting and management clients to apply customized solutions that enhance their operational, financial, quality, and clinical outcomes. His knowledge of the industry helps him develop and implement sales and business growth strategies to position HDG as the leading consulting and management firm serving senior living and care organizations, as well as hospitals and health systems.
The addition of Branin to HDG’s Executive Leadership Team marks a strategic expansion of the group. Branin’s added skillset will allow the organization to better serve the changing needs of both HDG’s consulting and management clients. With constant changes in the industry, having a flexible and diverse team is essential for HDG to continue to serve its clients to the highest standard.
“We are incredibly excited for Paul's new role, and for him to join the HDG executive leadership team,” Erin Shvetzoff Hennessey, CEO of Health Dimensions Group said. “His exceptional work most recently as our vice president of business development, and previously as a valued HDG client, made this decision easy. We know he has the broad knowledge and skills to support our clients, achieve our growth goals, and bring with them a commitment to our HDG values of hospitality, stewardship, respect, integrity, and humor.”
Branin has served as HDG’s vice president of business development since July 2023, and this new role will see him leading all business growth activities at the company. This will include expanding HDG’s consulting practice reach and continuing to grow HDG’s management portfolio.
The values-driven organization manages 41 communities in nine states, serving more than 2,800 residents and 2,800 team members.
