Grow Future Workforce: Mock Interviews
Posted on February 13, 2019 by Jenna Kellerman
As a leading employer in your community, offering students practice interviewing opportunities for their first job is a great way to form a relationship with students entering the workforce and local schools.
Mock interview experiences for high school and college students can help them develop key communication skills and can also introduce them to your organization as an employer of choice.
Consider taping the interview, then watching the video with the student afterward to discuss things they did well and opportunities to improve in future interviews.
Offering this community service is a great way to form relationships with local schools, with students, and to influence career opportunities available for people in your community.
