Grant funding is available for skilled nursing facilities to implement an employee engagement survey and improvement program through Align’s Employee Engagement Solution.
The grant is funded by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) through the Nursing Facility Rates and Policy (NFRP) Division and the State Civil Monetary Penalties (CMP) Initiative. The funds will allow free access to tools and support offered by Align. The first round of grant applications is due Aug. 30; however, new application windows will open on a rolling basis after this first round.
