Get Connected to Premium Job Boards with AgingServicesJobs.org

AgingServicesJobs.Org continues to see upgrades. The newest upgrade includes integrating your Aging Services Job posting into a premium job board with access to special pricing. Premium job boards include: 

• Craigslist (price varies based on location) – ranges from $7.00-$75.00
• Career Builder ($275)
• Dice ($395)
• Glassdoor ($199)
• ZipRecruiter ($99)

When your organization elects to post to one of these boards, all candidates will be seamlessly screened, scored and ranked by AgingServicesJobs.org. 

One early user found this function screened out “one-click appliers” who were not serious applicants. This organization’s interview no-show rate decreased as a result. 

Other recent upgrades have included improvements to nursing assistant and nurse surveys, as well as improvement to candidate geographic preferences, a new candidate scoring engine, and improvements to the candidate Fit Assessment. These consistent upgrades show a commitment to keeping the tool user friendly and current.
