DHS Posts Quality of Life, Discharge Data
Posted on April 10, 2018 by Jeff Bostic
The Minnesota Department of Human Services posted new data regarding Quality of Life and Hospitalizations/Community Discharge to the Nursing Facility Provider Portal.
The Report Card was updated with new ratings for Quality Indicators, Quality of Life, Family Satisfaction and Single Rooms. Family Satisfaction Reports were not posted to the portal due to a technical issue, but the domain scores and rankings are available on the Report Card.
LeadingAge Minnesota will review the quality of life and hospitalization/community discharge data in more detail and provide more perspective on this data and how members can best utilize it in an upcoming issue of Advantage.
Members can access the Report Card here. Each setting has only one user name and password. DHS releases login information to the Administrator, but the administrator may share this information with staff. Email bev.milotzky@state.mn.us to request login information.
