Coming Soon! Track and Compare Your Workforce Data in New Data Portal Application
Posted on April 28, 2022 by Jeff Bostic
On Monday, May 2, LeadingAge Minnesota will launch an exciting new resource to allow members to track and benchmark critical workforce data. In LeadingAge Minnesota's data portal, members can access a new workforce data application containing data entry and comparison reports on employee turnover, employee retention, and vacancy rates for each quarter.
When workforce challenges are a considerable concern statewide, this new resource offers an easy way for members to track and compare key workforce statistics with other providers.
The person in our records listed as the "primary contact" for each site will be given access to the workforce application in the data portal. The primary contact can expect an email with login details on Monday.
Corporate staff and other employees not identified as a primary contact can obtain access to the workforce application in the data portal by contacting Jeff Bostic.
You can use the application to submit data and then see comparisons between your results and the statewide measures and to a customizable comparison group.
You must be logged into to LeadingAge Minnesota website to enter the data portal application.
LeadingAge Minnesota plans to add applications to the data portal to allow additional opportunities for members to track and compare critical measures. If you have any questions about the new workforce data application, please contact Jeff Bostic.
We hope you will find it a useful benchmarking and planning tool.
