Coming Soon: LeadingAge Minnesota Compensation Data Portal Provides Valuable Benchmarking Information on Wages
Posted on December 15, 2022 by Jeff Bostic
LeadingAge Minnesota's Data Portal will include an exciting new tool in January – a compensation data portal that allows providers to benchmark their wages for key positions against other providers statewide or a select group of providers in their market area. The compensation data portal also collects information on differentials and bonuses for each position to provide a robust look at overall compensation.
The first round of data collection for this new tool will be for wage data as of Jan. 1, 2023. We will then update data quarterly starting on April 1, 2023. Quarterly updates will help keep the data as current as possible in these changing times. Due to antitrust requirements, the data for each quarter will not be available to view as a report until the first day of the next quarter, so the Jan. 1 data can be viewed on April 1.
To be prepared to enter your data, you can review the positions that will be part of the compensation data portal. To learn more about how the compensation data portal works, please register to join us on Jan. 11 at 1 p.m. for a brief overview on Zoom.
How to Access the Workforce Data Portal
Log in to the LeadingAge MN website. Then go to the Workforce Center and click "Workforce Data Portal." The compensation data component will go live on Jan. 1, but the current Workforce Data component, which tracks turnover, retention, and vacancies, is available now.
Anyone with access to the workforce data will have access to the compensation data portal when it is live. For corporate staff and other employees that may want to obtain access to the compensation, please contact Cari Kronschnable to get that set up.
