BHS Names Jeri Reinhardt as Vice President Clinical Services and Performance Excellence

The Benedictine Health System (BHS) named Jerilyn “Jeri” Reinhardt, RN, to Vice President Clinical Services and Performance Excellence.
Reinhardt has served as the Interim Vice President, Clinical Services since November 2017, while also serving as BHS Vice President, Quality and Performance Excellence, where she oversees the development and implementation of quality improvement strategies, systems and skills across BHS.
Reinhardt has over 40 years of long-term care experience and frequently provides quality training that emphasizes measurement systems and utilizing data to improve care and services. She joined BHS in August 1999, as a Quality Integration Manager. In 2016, Reinhardt was named Vice President, Quality and Performance Excellence, supporting the quality improvement efforts and Baldrige based application across the organization. Now Reinhardt’s responsibilities also include the oversight of BHS support services for nursing, social services, infection control and culinary.”

Reinhardt also serves as a judge for the Performance Excellence Network’s Quality Award. She is a registered nurse and holds a Bachelor of Arts nursing degree from the College of St. Catherine and is certified by the American Society for Quality and as a Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence.
