Becky Kaufmann Joins HDG® As VP of Clinical Services

Health Dimensions Group® (HDG®) is pleased to announce that Becky Kaufmann has been named vice president of clinical services.
As vice president of clinical services, Kaufmann oversees and assesses clinical performance, quality oversight, and clinical system development on behalf of HDG’s portfolio of managed communities. In addition, she is focused on supporting HDG and its clients in delivering a consistent application of clinical, regulatory, and quality standards, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
For nearly 30 years, Kaufmann has served as a clinical and quality leader in health care and senior living with expertise in policy, procedure, and system development and standardization; program implementation and process improvement; staff education and development; vendor analysis and partnership implementation; and adherence to state and federal guidelines.
As a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) with the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ), Kaufmann is fully committed to elevating the quality of care, safety measures, and overall customer experience delivered by HDG’s managed communities to their residents and families. In addition, Kaufmann lends her expertise as a project advisor in support of HDG’s consulting clients seeking to streamline clinical operations and improve their delivery of quality care.
Before joining HDG, Kaufmann served as senior vice president of quality of life and memory care for Chapters Living in St. Louis, MO. In addition, she led clinical and quality teams at several senior living organizations, including Lutheran Life Communities and Ascension Senior Living. She is a licensed registered nurse in Missouri and Illinois and an alumnus of Chamberlain University in Illinois.
