Efficiently and effectively train caregivers using the new Basic Care Aide Curriculum from EduCare – available at no cost to all providers in Minnesota.
If your organization currently uses EduCare for your training needs, the curriculum is already available in your EduCare library. Contact Jennifer Anderson, President & CEO of EduCare if you need assistance.
If your organization is not an EduCare User, you can enroll students here: https://educarebasiccareaide.com/.
The Basic Care Aide training is designed to train displaced workers or redeploy current staff (like marketing or receptionists) in this crisis environment. It includes 9 hours of online training with 2 hours of skills and competency testing. Skills learned include infection prevention and control, emergency preparedness, abuse prevention, dementia care, bathroom assistance, mobility and more.
