As NetStudy Transition Period Ends, Member Feedback is Needed

This is a reminder for all members that background study requests must be submitted through the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) NETStudy 2.0 system beginning March 1. DHS will transition access to the original NETStudy portal to “view only” for all providers effective Feb. 28. Entities will continue to be able to see the results of background studies submitted in the original NETStudy system for 60 days.

As DHS completes the transition to NETStudy 2.0, we would like to hear about your experience with the new system and especially about the fingerprinting process.  Our team has developed a short on-line survey as a way for you to share your thoughts, and we appreciate any feedback you can provide. We will share general conclusions from the survey with DHS, but will not share any member-specific information.

Members can find more information about the transition to NETStudy 2.0 on the DHS Frequently Asked Questions webpage, under the section titled "NETStudy 2.0 Transition Status-Dec. 30, 2016."
