Posted on August 26, 2020 by Heidi Simpson
The Virtual Annual Meeting & Leadership Forum, Sept. 16-18, features several insightful sessions about the many ways COVID-19 is impacting how we serve older adults.
Dr. Michael Osterholm, Director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota, joins us to present A Leaders’ Guide to Pandemic Planning, where he will share possible scenarios for the arc of the disease in the months ahead to help you anticipate and plan for the potential impacts. Sessions specifically related to navigating this crisis include maintaining high quality care, how telehealth is transforming the delivery of care, combatting social isolation, effective communication tools, and financial scenario planning from both state and national perspectives. Conference details and registration can be found here.
