ALNET June Meetings and Survey Opportunities
Posted on May 29, 2018 by Elizabeth Sether, RN, MHA, LNHA
This special invitation goes out to all nurse leaders of assisted living home care. You are invited and encouraged to join an Assisted Living/Home Care Nurse Leader Network (ALNET) June meeting nearest you and to participate in a brief survey to provide feedback regarding these meetings.
ALNET meetings are designed to help you learn about breaking news and information impacting assisted living home care services delivery. The meeting also provides opportunities for nurse leaders to share experiences related to regulatory and professional standards.
The June ALNET meeting will feature several requested topics, including reporting requirements and practices of vulnerable adult situations, acceptable restrictions for the use of motorized ambulatory devices, and successful programming to eliminate drug diversion.
Also, watch your email for a survey seeking your input on how we can make the ALNET Meetings better meet your expectations.
I am encouraging you to do two things:
- Take a few minutes and respond to the survey you received via email. Contact Liz Sether if you have any questions regarding the survey.
- Register now to attend the June ALNET meetings.
To learn more about the purpose, dates, times and agenda for ALNET meetings, visit our ALNET web page or contact Liz Sether (esether@leadingagemn.org or 651-208-0388).
