Alex Knight Named Senior Director of Recruitment and Placement Services

Health Dimensions Group^® (HDG^®), is pleased to announce Alex Knight has been promoted to senior director of recruitment and placement services.

In his new role, Alex oversees a team of recruiters and consultants in delivering strategic workforce solutions to HDG and its clients throughout the nation. He leads the development of detailed talent acquisition and executive search strategies that position organizations to successfully attract, develop, engage, and retain interim and permanent team members.

Alex joined the HDG team in 2021 as manager of talent acquisition and was promoted to director of talent acquisition in 2023. Prior to his time with the organization, he served as a nursing home administrator for Crest View Senior Communities and executive director of an 87-bed long-term care residence in Minneapolis. He is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Care Administration. In addition, he is currently licensed by the state of Minnesota as a nursing home administrator and assisted living director.

To support senior living and health care’s growing demand for workforce solutions, HDG has also named Zach Volz as talent acquisition manager and Crystal Stier as talent acquisition consultant. They work collaboratively with the HDG’s clients’ teams to understand their workforce needs and develop tailored solutions that attract, hire, and retain top talent.
