The Institute & Expo in February includes a full Quality & Patient Safety Conference-within-a-Conference within the conference, plus a full day Foundations of Quality Improvement Boot Camp as a pre-conference option.
LeadingAge Minnesota is committed to supporting our members' quality and performance improvement initiatives. We have included an entire conference track of eight educational sessions within the Institute schedule devoted to the topic.
From establishing a just culture focused on continuous improvement to exploring ethical dilemmas and decisions to optimizing resident health on multiple levels, we have your quality improvement bases covered.
Want more? Add the Foundations of Quality Improvement Boot Camp pre-conference session on Tuesday, Feb. 8 to your schedule. It's a full day that delivers the foundational knowledge necessary to effectively apply quality improvement principles and methods in your organization, case studies, and exercises to gain a deeper practical understanding and resources to take back to strengthen your organization's QI program. Separate registration and fees are required for this pre-conference session.

We want everyone interested in attending Institute to do so safely, so we may update these protocols before our event to reflect the evolving impact of the Omicron or other variants. Institute participants will be required to comply with the following:
- Participants are required to wear a face covering at all times, regardless of vaccination status, while entering and inside the RiverCentre, except when actively eating or drinking.
- All participants are required to verify vaccination from COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 test result administered no more than 72 hours before arrival.
- Participants will be required to complete health screening questions via the Event Farm/CLEAR app before gaining entrance into the event.
