Posted on July 16, 2019 by Heidi Simpson
This year’s Annual Meeting & Leadership Forum, Sept. 17-20 in Brainerd, has a variety of education sessions that explore organizational culture, diversity and inclusion.
Keynote presenter Rob Richman is an author and culture strategist whose opening presentation Culture Hacking reveals the key concepts of what drives culture in the workplace and innovative techniques to change it fast. One recent participant said, “it’s like getting an MBA in culture in under two hours.”
We’ll also explore The Leader’s Role in Developing an Inclusive Workplace in a two-part series with the CEO and COO of diversity and inclusion business consulting firm Stanton Adams LLC in Minneapolis.
Find conference details and registration at www.LeadingAgeMN.org/AnnualMeeting. Early bird registration deadline is Aug. 16.
