PURPOSE
Effective July 1, 2024, the U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) final overtime rule raises the salary basis for overtime exemptions under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Join us as we debunk salary payment myths, followed by a discussion on the DOL’s salary rules and overtime regulations. Our expert presenters will then outline steps for employers to prepare for rule implementation, including transitioning employees to non-exempt status if necessary.
