2025 Long-Term Care Imperative Survey Results

The LTC Imperative recently completed a Workforce and Financial Data Survey and a Nursing Home Occupancy Survey. The Workforce and Financial Survey looked at some key indicators of workforce conditions such as vacancy, turnover, and retention rates – all of which were generally improved in 2024. We also looked at the financial condition of providers, and the data showed that most nursing home and assisted living providers performed better in 2024 than 2023.
