Our Workforce Center is designed to provide members with proven resources to help recruit the highest quality staff, retain exceptional team members and train career caregivers. Whether we are sharing data about our current workforce environment or designing new initiatives with valued stakeholders, our members are working to elevate our state’s aging services caregiving workforce. LeadingAge's Center for Workforce Solutions: A National Perspective on Workforce

LeadingAge National has an excellent resource for a broader perspective on the workforce crisis in long term care within the LeadingAge Center for Workforce Solutions.

The Center also features a Workforce Innovators Podcast, a show that examines promising practices and innovations to meet workforce challenges, featuring experts from around the nation.
