LeadingAge Minnesota’s Executive Leadership Masterclass for Aging Services Professionals – 2025 Program Open for Applications

Applications are open for the second year of the Executive Leadership Masterclass for Aging Services Professionals.
This is an exclusive experience for ambitious leaders who aspire to lead their organizations at the highest level. The need for executive leadership preparation has never been greater.
Purpose of the Masterclass
The Masterclass is specifically designed for executive leaders, newly appointed executives, and those being primed for executive succession. It aims to refine leadership skills, foster strategic thinking, cultivate valuable professional networks, and equip its participants with the aptitude and confidence required to excel.
The inaugural cohort is reporting an exceptional experience as they near the end of the program term.

Masterclass Details
This seven-month, small cohort experience is purpose built for executives in our sector. The masterclass includes the following:
- Individual intake meeting to identify specific challenges and goals
- Four workshop days
- Three small-group professional coaching sessions.
Workshop themes include Leading High-Performance Teams, Strategic Planning and Decision Making, Leading Change and Innovation, and Organizational Culture and Visioning.
