The platform from vendor WorkFountain continues to receive upgrades, many of which are due to excellent feedback from LeadingAge Minnesota members.
According to the WorkFountain team, the nursing assistant and registered nurse surveys have been completely redesigned to better reflect the duties of these staff. Other updates include improvement to candidate geographic preferences, a new candidate scoring engine, and improvements to the candidate Fit Assessment, amongst a series of other upgrades.
LeadingAge Minnesota members participated in this redesign process to ensure the job duty descriptions accurately reflect the field of long term care, with an effort to distinguish these careers from other settings. These consistent upgrades show a commitment to keeping the tool user friendly and current.
