Elderly Waiver Reform Work Begins

LeadingAge Minnesota remains focused on reforming and improving the Elderly Waiver program. During the last legislative session, we were able to secure one aspect of reform that included re-linking nursing facility rates to Elderly Waiver Caps. However, there is still much work to be done to ensure Minnesota seniors can stay in home and community-based settings for as long as possible.
